Medium Roast, Dark Roast, or Swiss Decaf!  Initial orders will begin in November, however, I encourage you to preorder as soon as possible, which will be helpful with my marketing planning, production efficiencies, and for me to work out the kinks in my on-line store.

There are currently no coffee brands designed specifically for the coffee-press, although there certainly should be. It's its own unique process. So, I created one. I select specific arabica beans from Central and South American estate plantations that perform exceptionally well in the press. In addition, I roast this coffee in small-batch, electric roasters for enhanced flavor and sustainability, and precision burr-grind to achieve the correct granularity to obtain optimum flavor release, to minimizes residue in the cup, and to facilitates an easy press.
