I addition to being an artist I am a coffee artisan. More specifically, since I am a fan of the coffee-press, ...a coffee-press-coffee artisan. 

I am taking the time to carefully craft ExcelPresso, as a premium quality, made-to-measure, coffee-press coffee. I have sketch out the Excelpresso trio here to the right to give you a visual reference of the concept.

Now, there is a lot of enjoyable tasting and roasting and roasting and tasting before I have ExcelPresso MEDIUM to share. If all goes weIl I expect that to be in late November. ExcelPresso will be sold exclusively on-line and shipped fresh, directly to consumers. 

Once ExcelPresso Medium gets excel...lent reviews from fellow coffee-pressers, I will follow with Dark and Swiss Decaf in the New Year.

There are currently no coffee brands designed specifically for the coffee-press, although there certainly should be. It's its own unique process. So, I am crafting one. I will select specific arabica beans from Central and South American estate plantations that perform exceptionally well in the press. In addition, I will roast this coffee in small-batch, electric roasters for enhanced flavor and sustainability, and precision burr-grind to achieve the correct coffee-press granularity; to obtain optimum flavor release, to minimizes residue in the cup, and to facilitates an easy press.
